Water customers should contact the O&M Worker (Ditchtender) scheduled to work on the canal where the water delivery is desired. O&M Workers deliver water along “rides” which service the different canals. Refer to the ride map to determine the ride for the various canals, and the canal ride numbers for a complete listing of which canal is serviced by each ride.

Please have the following information ready when you order water:
- The canal and delivery gate number
- The start date and preferred time of water delivery
- The amount of water requested in cubic feet per second
- The name of the crop to which the water will be applied
